Feux de chemin basse tension câblés (Ensemble de 4)

First package shipped out encountered a problem before we even received it. They did send a replacement and did communicate adequately. When the replacement arrived the glass cover was cracked on one of the lights. I did not have the option to report a problem. This was, I assume, because I did not buy the protection valued at $18 dollars. I can understand if the product fails after you have had it for awhile but it is reasonable to expect that a product is received in good order and works when you get it. Perhaps, if you pay the extortion fee of $18 you may receive a product that is not damaged and works. My only option was to return the lights when all I would like is one light replaced. And if I return these and reorder will I go though this experience again. They are nice lights in a style that is difficult to find.
