Circumference was too small, had to make inner circle 1/2 inch larger in order to fit the fan hardware. And that kind of a cut is tough to make from a quality perspective.

This was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I left it white, but you can paint it. I affixed it w/ industrial strength velcro which seems to be working fine.
