This medallion looked fabulous in the oval ceiling. We had it faux painted - turn our just gorgeous!!!!

I am a painting contractor with 40 years in the trade. When the sitting room called out for a ceiling medallion the search started In this case it has a fabulous river view that we wanted to not takes away from. and to not over power it. The home is Dutch Colonial with lots attention to detail, 6 inch crown , fluted window and door casing, 9 inch double layered baseboards. To make things a little harder the light medallion had to fit the 6 foot by 12 ceiling and match the rest of the decor.
