Cutting and stripping the wires isn’t the easiest to do without cutting the insulation. The connection process is pretty easy with the wago connections. The lights were easy to secure using the double sided tape. I’m not sure If this had a dedicated app, but I was able to control using the apple home app. The colors look good and I like that they can be dimmed very low. Making a great night light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly impressed with this lighting. The lightening in my kitchen isn’t that great and what used to be a dark corner is now bright, warm, and functional for cooking and prep. The lightening isn’t harsh and is a nice upgrade to my kitchen. I also love how you can change the colors and adjust the brightness depending on the vibe. I mostly use the warm white, but there are options. You can also set this up to work with you Alexa device. Installation was pretty strait forward, but you will need wire cutters. I have never worked with those before, so it was a learning experience for me. The only downside is the extra cord/ control box can look a little messy if you don’t take time to hide it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are high value under cabinet lights! Installation is easy, just time consuming since all the wire needs to be stripped to be installed. We don’t have may cabinets so we actually only needed 4 out of 6 lights. There were extra parts and wire leftover in the kit. It took my husband over an hour to install. The kit includes adhesive for the lights and screws for the wires. The products themselves, (lights, wire, plug and remote), are all white. They blend in well with our white cabinets. It’s all discretely hidden and unnoticeable until turned on. The lights can be changed to various colors, temperatures, and brightness levels. These work well with our Alexa devices. We have a timer programmed through our Alexa to have the light dim at night. This creates an ambient lighting effect. The lights can be turned off and on through our Amazon Alexa app or with voice commands. It also has a built in controller, attached to the plug. We did have one cabinet that was a bit smaller than the others, so the light under this one had to be installed diagonally to fit under the cabinet. The power plug was placed inside the cabinet above the microwave where the microwave also plugs in. We only had to drill one hole in this cabinet to run the plug through. These lights are powered by being plugged in.
