Lanterne d'extérieur à piles 20,5 po

Open box….maybe companies are taking advantage to get rid of their garbage. I’m confident this would not be the case if purchased thru wayfair direct. It should have been inspected prior to shipment. There was no box or label….ok not big The top of the lantern was crushed downward..significant visible damage. The wires exposed and glass not attached with broken foam inside. 2 wires not attached… not sure where they are suppose to be. The mode button has visible damage and does not work. Labels partly scratched off. Visible rust…incredible. I wonder how long this item was situated in an area to rust so much. Not sure if I can get it working. Not even sure what is suppose to work other than one standard mode of light. Not sure if it was meant to have more than one battery…no label or instructions. I hoped to use this for a gift….no way. There should be a warranty but there is no paperwork/labels. The glass is not broken and very pretty. I’ve had positive experiences with open box but this is in horrible shape. I anticipate that minor damage may be present due to return but not this…sad. Not the usual wayfair experience.
