Wanted a sconce that had light up the top and this fits the bill nicely.

Quality not good enough to work OK with the room.

Love these sconces!!! I bought three and have one in a hallway, one in a stairway, and one in a guest bedroom. They are the perfect size, do not look like bathroom lighting, and the colors are modern and rustic, a good mix. They do not throw off much light cause they take a type b 40 watt bulb, but I was looking for something that would not be too bright because of the lighting placement.

The white marble top is unimpressive. It has no marbling and the only color aside from the continous white are dark splotches like the 2 on the left side of the picture, that look more like stains. However, on a more positive note the marble top does reflect light in a manner that produces a sparkle effect. The lower wooden structure is well done and the applied teak stain is flawless.

The color is not good at all!
