Lampe sur pied arquée 64 po Coyan

Though the lamp looked sleek and modern and just what I needed, this is an extremely poorly designed and fashioned floor lamp. First, lamp arrived with no styrofoam or padding, just wrapped loosely in “Sara Wrap”. Base was dented. But more importantly the base is too small and lightweight to support well the arching top of lamp. To assemble and keep that top part tight, you must have your own teeny tiny Allen wrench on hand. The cord is heavy and black with 3 prongs and a foot controlled on/off switch. Looks like an outdoor cord. If you put the lamp where the cord is hidden from sight, you cannot reach the foot switch! If it is important to you, cannot use above a 40W bulb. Any other gets extremely hot, so heed that warning. I will pass this along to a neighboring student heading off to his first apartment with above warnings.
