On/off switch broke off the minute I tried to turn it on the first time after receiving. Even more dissatisfying is that Wayfair will not refund my money without the returned damaged product, of which no one else can use because the on/off switch BROKE off!!! Very disappointed in this customer service and the fact that I cannot get my $80 back.
