I ordered 2 of these lamps. They arrived completely crushed, the lampshades were unusable. I submitted a request for a replacement order. Wayfair sent one lamp which was in a crushed box with the packing styrofoam destroyed. I was able to make the lampshade work after putting the crushed side of it facing the wall. I contacted Wayfair about the second lamp that was not shipped. They sent that one and although the packaging was destroyed the lamp was not so out of 4 lamps only one arrived without some degree of damage. For lamps that are each over $300 I was pretty frustrated by this and still wish the one lampshade was not damaged.
