The lamp itself is quite flimsy. Although the base states metal, it appears to be plastic, making it feel cheap for the price. The light itself does not stay on for 72 hours. I replaced the batteries twice, but the light bulb continues to flicker on and off. It does not continuously stay on as expected. Not impressed and will be returning item.
