The cords do not hang straight, a few are crinkled.

The fixture itself is as shown in the product images. Very light weight also. Installation turned out to be a nightmare due to the horrendous packaging. The adjustable cables and fixture power chords were knotted up making it very challenging to untangle. My electrician had to unsplice all the power chords in the canopy and pull them down through the canopy to untangle the mess it came in. Once we untangled and reconnected the fixture wiring installation was fine. If the manufacturer would have used wire ties or zip ties to keep the chords together for each ring this would’ve been a very simple installation but they did not unfortunately. This is the reason for the poor review. Please correct your packaging for future customers to avoid this unnecessary scenario.

Everyone that walks into my house compliments this chandelier. It is beautiful!

This light is beautiful and eclectic. It adds style and class to any home.

The chandelier looks beautiful but this chandelier is a bit complicated to put up.
