Received product it’s defective and doesn’t work

Love the design, simple to install. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 units I purchased have broken wire right out of the box. I would have given 5 out of 5 if it wasn't damaged.

The adhesive that they use on the bags they pack this pendants is horrible. I was unable to remove the stains and had to return the items

Have to exchange. Electrician could not install. Pieces did not fit!! Now I have to pay him again to come back. Not good.

They are cheap looking, plastic pendants. Very yellow looking. Do not look like photos on the website. Do not buy unless aliexpress look is what you were going for.

Great color choice and good match for our fixtures. Make sure you pay attention to the min height if you have ceilings that are low or plan on mounting and being able to walk under it.
