Looks great in my clients space. It is very hard to get the glass to line up. Also, almost all of pieces came in broken and had to replaced.

LOOKS JUST LIKE TO RESTORATION HARDWARE LIGHT. SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. NOT ALL CRYSTALS FIT IN REAL EASILY. SOME SNUG, SOME LOOSE. BUT WORKS OVERALL. HAVE HAD LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON IT. ELEGANT, BUT UP TO DATE AND TRANSITIONAL. HAVE IT OVER MY KITCHEN TABLE AND MATCHES MY IRON HOOD IN KITCHEN PERFECTLY.

I installed this chandler today and 3 of the cristals were chipped, this is the worst but the others are bad as well. Can they be replaced?
