I hate to have to write a review like this but the chandelier has a serious and fatal design flaw. The tension wires are what brings the power down to the LED lights. Because of that there is no practical way to shorten the wire. The manufacturer said, after a call to Wayfair to push the tension wire through and cut it. But You can’t cut it if you want the light to work and any normal human being couldn’t shove 119” of wire into the plate at the ceiling. It took me and my husband who are engineers to rig it so that we could wrap the tension wire up into the ceiling. It’s completely ridiculous. It took 4 hours to install. Also each of the lights around the fixture consists of two crystal like glass that you have to put in one at a time Each side has 2 screws. It is nice but it is virtually impossible to install and I don’t know why anyone would even manufacture this piece. We are a never say die couple but we almost did. It looks nice but NOT worth this hassle. DO NOT BUY. You will seriously regret it.
