How many years later and its still not put together because THERE WERE NO DIRECTIONS!!!! If I am turned off by someones terrible customer service, I just lose interest, hence the fact that its still not built

Looks great although one of the light sockets appears not to function. Because of where it is we can’t really see it, we didn’t bother uninstalling it and we get lots of compliments on it. If you’re wondering why the cost for assembly is like 100, it’s because you have to screw in every one of these rods and often the whole isn’t quite big enough (they provide a tool to basically file it down to make the rod fit.
