I’m changing this because I just hired someone to install and it has a cracked shell. I didn’t receive extras.

Overall, this is a beautifully designed light. The first light we received had to be replaced due to the top tier not having threaded screw holes. The replacement took me about 3 hours to install. I would budget at least 4 hours for install as attaching the individual alabaster pieces require hand screwing. The arm, shoulder, and hand cramping were worth it because this is so beautiful.

This thing is massive and super rich. It was packaged extremely well, but the alabaster pieces are very fragile and so you have to be very careful when you’re installing and use a small screwdriver. You cannot use a drill. One of the pieces came broken, but fortunately, they sent an extra,
