I received this light broken and it was a light that someone else had received and returned. The parts were clearly opened and put back inside the box. I called customer service so they could issue a call tag and a replacement. They wanted me to keep this used light and wanted to send me replacement parts for the broken parts. I’m not paying over a $1000 for a returned and broken light. I don’t think anyone else would want to pay this kind of money for something that was clearly returned and broken. This is the most ridiculous service I’ve ever heard of.

I received this light and opened the box to see the color of the gold and the extra pieces of glass that is included. I personally felt it looked cheap and returned it. To me it looked like a $400 light, not over 1k.

Beautiful chandelier! Just like pictured! Looks great in our newly renovated dining room. Very happy with this purchase and don't have any complaints.

I just put this in my new house and I love it! Easy to install stunning I would recommend it
