The look of this chandelier is fine. It is the design of how the fixture is to be assembled when received, is the issue. First, each arm of the chandelier needs to attach to the center piece. That center is so small you can't get your hand or any type of wrench in there to tighten the screws to secure each arm. Since the center piece is a cylinder the screws don't sit flush and not being able to tighten each arm screw sufficiently, leaves each arm loose and moved constantly when trying to install. The second issue is there are 18 lights, so there are 18 wires for the lights and 18 more to connect to the stem and 6 wire nuts to fit into that tiny cylinder I mentioned earlier where there isn't any room to tighten screws. Now add the wires and wire nuts to shove into that as well. The cover to hide it had to to be stomped on to be able to put it on! Third issue, the chrystal spheres the go over the light bulbs has a screw to secure the chrystal on to the stem. Again, the space is so small to try and tighten that with in the chrystal was insane! You need little baby hands to get in there to tighten. One of the worst engineered fixtures! Don't wast your time.

Can’t find the bulbs so company sent me some in 2 months over 12 bulbs have burned out and continue to do so every couple of days. Also crystal has become milky and not clear. I do not recommend

Very nice light. We purchased it for over our kitchen island and it complements the whole room perfectly. The individual lights are glass and solid.
