Very pleased with the purchase of this chandelier. It was easy to install the base and adjust using the unique cabling mechanisms. Putting in the crystal pieces was time-consuming but the outcome was worth it.

This chandelier looks amazing in my kitchen nook. My electrician easily installed it in less than 2 hours.

Beautiful crystal chandelier, goes well with my dining table and chairs. The installation was a breeze for the electrician hired. He took his time installing and used white gloves service to ensure no fingerprints were left behind. However, one of the crystals were broken and will be reaching out for replacement. Luckily you do get a few extra crystals. If you are thinking about purchasing do it!!!

-Selection seemed good on website -Delivery was messed up and we didn't see the pkg for almost 2 weeks after it said it was delivered. Had to go out trace the pkg on FedEx, tried reaching out to Wayfair but they had no clue, just asked us to wait for a few days. -Caused us a loss of $$$ cause we had electrician schedule for the day after it said "delivered". -Haven't opened up the chandelier yet for install so cannot comment on the design or quality of workmanship. -What could have been done better? Better traceability of you pkg and immediate fulfillment of the order when we informed that the pkg was no where to be found. -Refund for the electricians' charges as the delay was long and no traceability provided by Wayfair.
