The concept and shape of this light are very unique, and I really loved the look shown in the stock photos. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when it arrived. I expected the shade to have more of an alabaster or stone-like appearance, but in person it is essentially a fabric-covered form. It doesn’t have the elevated, substantial look I was expecting based on the product photos. Beautiful concept, but the actual material and finish did not meet my expectations.
