Edit the fan stopped working at 3 years. No instructions on how to troubleshoot. ***I’ve had this fan for over 2 years now and I love it. It’s perfect. Easy install, and looks very nice In my bedroom. The gold softened up the look very nicely.

Liked the design and purchased open box. The light did not work and when I wanted to reorder the lamp new, it was discontinued. Your return policy was seamless and very easy though.

Upon wiring fan 1, I turned on the wall switch, and the lights turned on and fan turned on VERY high, to the point I was immediately concerned about the speed. Before I could even look at the remote (around 3 seconds), there was a loud pop and sparks, and the fan died. Got replacement. Upon wiring fan 2, turned on the wall switch. Fan turned on LOW and lights functioned normally. Turned lights on and off several times with no issues. Used the remote to turn fan to medium. Fan sped WAY up (again immediately concerned) and in three seconds we got the same loud pop and sparks, and a second dead fan. Other than the whole dead fan thing, it’s great!

Awful experience! Came without the control piece door the remote. Called Wayfair, called the maker, apparently they said it was impossible. Yet, its clear that whats shown in the directions is not in the fan components. I bought two of these, neither have the components and do now my only option is to mail them back. The company refuses to send me the parts. Such a pain! Wayfair, I have spent so much Kenny with you, now this plus three other recent issues and no help from your help team. Im done shopping with you.

When we put this up today one of the sockets doesn’t work! Would like a replacement!
