I ordered and installed 2 of these on our back deck. One lantern is missing the lower finial. How can I get one? The lanterns are lovely...but the 1 looks awful incomplete. I've contacted the manufacturer and they said they'd get back to me. I waited 3 weeks, and haven't heard a thing. I've contacted them 2 more times...NOTHING. I finally went out and bought 2 new finials. SO disappointed with the lack of customer service. It's a beautiful lantern...just stay away from this company!
