Had several areas that needed touched up

Thought it was going to be to large for our dining room, but just shortened the chain! We have never installed anything like this before and it was a bit complicated but we figured it out!! And it is stunning!! Follow up… did not hold up as well as I had hoped. Color has come off

I didn't this item was this heavy. The item fell down from my ceiling happy that no one was hurt. I reached out to Kara from customer service but has gotten nothing but a run around. amazingly when they play good cop bad cop the come at you as if they're here to help. Yes, help their company. I hope and pray we will be able to go back into the store and actually be able to touch, feel and really check out the item. The ceiling has since been repaired without a light but again all i got was I'll call you back. Amazing
