Just stupid. The canopy was so small ( just a rectangular bar) it didn’t cover the junction box. The chains came with cheap little “socks” that the buyer is supposed to slide OVER a few inches of exposed wires and their little plastic connectors. I might have noticed these flaws if I had inspected the photo, but WHO DOESN’T expect standard basic parts??

Well I thought it was a good deal for the lower price, but turns out no ground, so not up to code. So I'll have to return and hope this isn't the case with all this model as I really like the design. Too sad.

Electrician unboxed this and we discovered it was WAY too small to use over a standard dining room table; I go into returns to send it back and guess what! I DISCOVER IT'S UNRETURNABLE!!!! Wow! Won't be using this company any more!!
