They are beautiful! They are just not bright enough with the dark shade. It’s more of a nightlight. I had an electrician hard wire them over our nightstands and add a light switch just behind the nightstands so we can turn off and on from bed. I used 60 watt bulbs which is the highest wattage. It’s just not very bright. I will add more lamps around the room to make up for it. They are very pretty though and add a nice touch of class!
