Packaging looked like it went thru a war. Inside cartons was messy. Styrofoam was messy; little pieces all over the place. Not happy at all.

The light looks great, exactly as described. We are excited to hang it next week. However, these aren’t big deals, but two notes 1. The first one we got was defective. One of the screws on the arms broke off while I was describing it. I called the mfg and the vendor and they sent a replacement. 2. A few of the screws connecting the arm to the main chandelier were a bit hard to turn and didn’t get fully tight. They were tight enough that they aren’t turning when I hold it up.
