This is a very lovely lamp! The base is solid and heavy so it will never tip over, even if a cat walks by it. The shade is off white. It is a beautiful addition to a soft contemporary room. It was delivered quickly and was very well packaged.

This lamp is all sorts of fabulous! it has a funky and modern geometric shape as a base, which is heavy and sturdy. It looks and feels like stone. The lamp shade is nice and wide, big and bright to complement the solid base. So far I am loving this lamp and the light cast (depending on your bulb) is nice and warm.
