The pendant light a first touch is so delicate, I thought it was made of plastic... yet it is glass and metal. All the parts are quality except the back plastic cord would be nicer in braided textile. The lights arrived with all mounting and parts. One of three arrived cracked in the glass canopy with no apparent damaged to box. Manufacturer via Wayfair is to send a replacement part. Overall, a sophisticated aesthetic and I hope the durability will hold up in a rental bar/counter application.

These pendants are awesome and look so pretty over my bar! They were a little hard to adjust but we figured it out! My contractor installed them and he said they were easy to hang
