We thought we'd love it but gave this 3 stars only. Here are the reasons. PROS: Looks good. Works well. CONS: Instructions are unclear and was a guessing game for the installation. My wife and I have installed 2 huge chandeliers on our own and thought this one will be an easy one. We were wrong. Tried hard but finally had to call in for professional help. The guy called the instructions manual a puzzle. But was able to install it after lot of tries.
