The fan is attractive but after being installed for 2 days it stopped working. We’ve checked all the wires and the fan appears to be faulty. I’d like a replacement or refund.

Makes noise and is not quiet! Makes noise despite making sure wires are in appropriately in receiver.

It looks great and having a remote with a timer is wonderful. The only drawback so far( it’s been installed for two days) is that the lowest speed is still quite fast. Really too fast for our liking. I can’t imagine ever putting it on high speed!

Bought this as a low profile no light kitchen option since I installed new recessed lighting. Looks great with my new wood floors. Sturdy and functional. Love the remote and variety of speeds. Easy install.
