I have 2 bulbs that only work as a gold/yellow light won't turn white or any of the RGB after about 1.5 years

I have several of these bulbs at different properties. The one and only bulb at one location stopped working after over a year and will no longer reconnect with the app. I have other Globe products that connect at that location but the Smart Bulbs will no longer connect. I have tried a new one and the same thing happens. it recognizes it as a new device but then it times out and does not connect.
