This fixture is perfect. It’s easy to install and worked right away. The only thing that would be helpful is if the junction box came with a tension relief, but I used the one from the old can light to make sure there wasn’t any pressure on the cable. It’s bright, dimmable, capable of programming and can change colors! Would definitely recommend!! Update please note, this fixture is very versatile (warmcool white and other colors with customizable intensities and scheduling) but its programmed via an app and requires the internet to retain its programming. We lost power for a few weeks and I had to completely re-sync and set my presets again. A thought for future proofing or whole home installs if the app is ever disabled for some reason, these fixtures would be difficult to control. Additionally, we are getting ready to move and Im taking care to make sure the instructions stay with the fixture so the next tenants will have them and can easily set up. There is no branding on the outer housing of the unit. (Good for looks, challenging for new tenants who would have to uninstall to find instructions without the manual.)

UPDATE 7242020 Wayfair sent out replacement when it came back in stock and daughter loves it. Updating now to 5 stars, thank you Wayfair for amazing customer service! UPDATE 62220 Electrician came back and confirmed light is dead. Oh man my daughter was so excited for this! Had electrician come to run new wire and installed successfully over her bed. Issues started with pairing. MUST BE ON 2.4 GHZ on your cell wi fi. So took a bit of time to figure out how to do that (Google WiFi set up guest network with only 2.4 GHZ). Then couldn’t get it to start flashing again to pair (did all recommended, flip on and off few times). Reset power to room at breaker...turned on and off and then just stopped turning on at all. No chance to pair it. Now got hole in ceiling with no light.

I got it a month ago really thinking it was a ring light... it wasn’t it needs to be more clear. I’m remodeling a room in my house and I think I’m just going to use it for that. It took almost a month for delivery so be prepared to wait!

I love how small it is. I will be placing it on my laundry room. I was looking for a small light that could complement the small laundry area. It seems very easy to install. It tunable you different colors too!
