Easy to install the track lighting fixture but the bulbs heck noooooo! I will never get another one because of the bulb installation. I have to use a suction part to place the bulb on socket and still haven’t put 36 lightbulbs in. It’s hard and my hands are small but not small enough to put the bulb in without the suction tool.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I received the wrong color, and despite emailing for the past three weeks and providing the requested pictures, I have yet to receive any response or a return label. This issue is entirely due to your error, not mine. I kindly request that you send me a return label and ensure the correct color is sent promptly. Additionally, I find it unprofessional that your "business" department reached out with an offer to collaborate, especially given the poor experience with a single product. Based on this, I can confidently say that my business will not be placing any future orders with your company.
