Package came completely damaged. Very poor customer service thru online chat. The person who communicated with me actually asked if I was planning to hang the box it came in on the wall. Completely rude. Not gold medal customer service that I would expect from Wayfair. Have yet to hang the fixture as other work is being done in the space. Don't know if the fixture is functional.
