We love the look of this chandelier...However after installing we noticed that it was bent in 3-4 places, so unfortunately it will have to be returned. The box that it comes in is fairly light weight, with only one layer of Bubble Cushion around part of the light. You couldn't really tell it was bent until we installed it and it was free hanging and you turned the light fixture around. We did receive excellent customer service from our sales rep Barbara, and I have left a message with her to the problem Pros: Like the design of chandelier Cons: There needs to be better care for shipping this large of a chandelier to prevent it from getting bent.
