The only reason for the 3 rating was no mention on how long these cords were. These were meant for a tall ceiling or stair well.

It looks nice, the black with gold cover is definitely a good combination

It is what we ordered. Will probably paint the fake brass black, it will be difficult to get the pendant cords to hang staight. Sandi

Great looking light fixture and very easy to install. Took one star off because the 'brass' part is just painted on, and when I tried to peel the caution sticker off, the brass paint started to peel off with it.
