We ordered this light fixture for our office, and have had it installed for several months now. We are very happy with it! It was relatively easy to install, and I love the way it disperses the light throughout the room. The amount of light (in my opinion) is also perfect, bright and inviting, not too bright or too dark (the photos make the room appear darker than it truly is, I did this so the pendant wasn't washed out in light). The plastic shade does have a bit of a sheen to it, but I personally don't mind that about it. Quality was great when received, there were a couple of very small spots or "dents" on the shade, but once we got it hung they weren't noticeable. Overall a great purchase!
