I was very surprised by this little fanlight fixture. My 5ft x 7ft 11in laundry room has a window but the window cant be opened (weird choice by builder). It gets afternoon sun and I really wanted a fan because to use the built-in ironing board the door has to be closed. I was able to easily assemble because of simple step-by-step instructions, as seen in the photos. Once I had it assembled, I was able to remove the old fixture and have this up in 30 mins. It has the ability with the remote to choose the tone of light, warm or cool and is also dimmable. The fan is fantastic and really moves the air. My previous light didnt really light the space well but this LED now gives plenty of light.
