Burl pattern is not real wood, but looks okay. The shade is a bit wide and shallow so the bulb is very visible from most angles. Overall just okay

Definitely one of a kind. To me it gives a 80s vibe and the textured lamp shade is beautiful. The base is lighter than expected but still stable.
