Beautiful lamps but one arrived broken

The lamps are perfect for our end tables which are not too big. The base of the lamps are the exact size we needed.

I love my lamps. They look so nice in my new space.

(I dropped my previous review down to 2 stars because I'm still waiting for the refund after 10 days since return.) These Anouk lamps are very pretty. The 1st shipment arrived with 1 broken lamp; good thing the phone rep advised me to keep them until the replacement arrived, because the 2nd shipment arrived with 1 broken lamp too. Check the lamps carefully before discarding packaging!

Lamps are absolutely stunning but they arrived shattered and cracked. Just requested for replacement and a very helpful customer service person named Trevor was easy to talk to. Hoping the replacement items will be perfect upon arrival. Update: 10/4/2024. Received the two replacement lamps this afternoon. My husband and I are devastated after opening the package to find the two replacement lamps shattered again. We are returning these lamps for a refund. No replacement. This is it. I do not want to go thru this again. Wayfair has to do something about the packaging and the shipper. The packaging is not sufficient to protect the items from the way the shipper handles the boxes. There was a hole in one area of the box - meaning it must have hit something in transit. When the box was delivered, box was upside down even though there is a sign that says "this side up". I'm afraid to order another lamp with glass/crystals incorporated on the design because it may not survive shipment. Wayfair, please do something about this. The lamps are beautiful BTW, if they are not shattered in transit. Too bad!!!!!!
