Love it. Took a long time to get the missing pieces of crystals. Said it comes assembled but it was not. My advice is to count the pieces while still in the marked package, else utter confusion if any is missing. Wayfair customer service is the best, they will help , great customer service. Pls don't forget to give me the $10 for rating. ty. 27 Feb 2018
