Customer service was top notch. Had an adult temper tantrum… well sort of.. trying to attach the glass bobbles. Literally no directions to do so. Customer service came through ONE THOUSAND percent. Thank you for helping me. I love it now that it is finished!!!

these lights are wonderful!! I put them in my master bathroom over the sinks. The only reason for giving them a 4 star is the crystals do not come installed. Each crystal has to be assembled individually and unfortunately there is zero directions. However, after so tedious arrangements, all is great!!!!
