Just got my beautiful chandelier hung today. It looks just as pictured and was the perfect update for my dining room.

It’s beautiful, once the lighting is right it all comes together.

The only reason I purchased this chandelier is because of the raving review from the person in Miami. I paid the additional money to let wayfair schedule the handy install on my behalf. The licensed electrician that handy dispatched to my house arrived and removed my existing chandelier, assembled straight out of the box and installed this one. Unfortunately one of the six lights was not working. this chandelier does not come with lightbulbs, I had ordered those separately also from Wayfair because I wanted LED dimmable lights. The handyman switched out multiple lightbulbs throughout the chandelier, it was determined the problem was not with the lightbulb but it was not with the lightbulb but it was with the wiring of the chandelier. The handyman did not remove the defective chandelier because he stated his job was done, his job was to install the chandelier and he did it, it was not his problem that the chandelier did not work. I contacted Wayfair and I was assigned to an executive resolution team. This executive resolution team said that I would need to order another chandelier and pay again for Handy to remove the defective chandelier and only after the defective chandelier has been successfully returned to the manufacturer would I be eligible for a full refund of the defective item and the original handy install. The problem is wayfair is wiping their hands clean and not able to send anyone out to remove the faulty item regardless of it being a possible electrical hazard with it not being wired properly and not working properly. Buyer beware if you don’t decide to replace the item then you would need to pay a professional to remove the faulty item and wayfair will not reimburse your out of pocket expense for removing the faulty item

This was perfect for my needs. No damage and was packaged perfectly!
