Good: Looks great, just like in the picture. Looks like an expensive chandelier with real glass. The small globes are heavy and cut nicely. The hanging rods are glass too. Bad: Instructions are in chinese and even if you translate them, they are horrible. You'll have to figure out how to assemble it on your own. If you are handy, you will eventually get it. The trickiest part is to join the main rod without twisting the wires and then putting the wire nuts in the box. It is heavy, so you can't assemble it all and then install it. You'll have to assemble it partly, install it on the ceiling and then put the hanging pieces. Two guys are needed to install. None of this is in the instructions.

It does look on the picture, and I want to return. My problem is why is the refund goes to wayfier account. I need the refund to go to my account. Which is the payment I used was with my card. So I am expecting the refund to go to my account.

This is not an accurate description of the chandelier. the one listed in the picture is a $4500.00 chandelier in Gold. This one is rose gold at best. The instructions are in chinese and no one can provide an english version of how to put it together. I called to ask which bulbs to buy for it and no one could give me an answer. we may retuen it.
