The chandelier self is very pretty, it came in pieces so you had to attach six arms with the black-and-white wires and screw in each of the crystals. I’m only giving it three stars because the instructions are horrible, does not tell you what to do with the wires how to connect them And it also doesn’t tell you to be very gentle screwing in the crystals otherwise it comes apart from the peg and they only give me two extra so now I have to figure out a couple of them how to attach the crystal to the peg that it sits in with a little bit of glue. Since there’s no instructions with the wires and I’m not an electrician, I’m gonna have to hire somebody to install it, which is a bummer. 

It was packed in 54 pieces. Not the best looking in person. It has to be put together. The crystals are nice, and they screw on, which is nice. But the instructions are very lacking. I don't know what to do with the wiring and there is no mention of it in the instructions, so I have not gotten this hung up yet. I will have to have an electrician install it.
