It was missing one of the iron lamp shade pieces that connects through the ring of the shade which made it unbalanced

The fixture is too large hanging over my small kitchen table. The place in the ceiling where you wire up the light is not centered due to an air vent. Why I really don't like ordering some things online. It's hard to imagine the size. I would return it, but we already cut the wire when it was installed. I really love the light. It is very pretty and different than other lights I looked at. Would be great over a centered larger table.

I really like the light and it was very easy to install. I know the description gave the measurements but all of the pictures made it seem bigger.
