I received an open box (I did NOT order an open box... I purchased what was supposed to be BRAND NEW) and the crystals are missing. I cant believe a customer that last bought this fixture opened it. Took out what they wanted. And then returned it back Wayfair. Then I get it. Open the box AFTER my 30 day return window and now I am stuck with a used looking fixture with no crystals. Awesome. Update exceptional Wayfair customer service!!! They sent me the crystals. Put the light fixture up and it’s perfect!! Thank you Wayfair!!

Great light for the price, However I did receive mine without the crystal embellishments. They arrived separately, a week and a half later, after I notified Wayfair and requested replacement parts. Aside from that, the light was easy to assemble and perfect for the space intended.
