This has delighted me to no end. Assembly was easy and simply involved using the included clear rubberbands to secure two glass bubbles onto each rod. Each rod then was screwed in to the base. Instructions were very clear. Hired an electrician to hang it, so I can't offer an opinion on how easy/hard that part of the process was. Note that bulbs are NOT included. Ended up looking best with dimmable warm-toned bulbs. First photo is with the warm-toned ones. Second and third photos are with the white/daylight ones.

This is seriously a very beautiful light. I bought it to hang over my kitchen table, and it’s a showstopper. The quality is also great. This one is a must buy.
