So cut but didn’t assembled yet

I received my light fixture, but unfortunately, two of the light bulbs included with it arrived broken. The fixture itself appears to be fine, but the two bulbs were damaged upon delivery. I have photos showing the damaged bulbs and can provide them as proof. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. If possible, I would appreciate replacement bulbs for the two that arrived broken. Thank you for your assistance.

The first one we received arrived broken (and seemed to be missing some parts), but once we got it intact and complete and installed it, it was perfect and my client loved it

The fixture is perfect! So glad we ordered. Takes a bit to put all of the crystals on, but it is worth it. Def looks fantastic with new furniture and rug!

Pretty cumbersome to assemble all the crystals but worthwhile efforts. Looks stunning and much more expensive
