Why does the shade keep falling how do I secure it? I need help with this please

Beautiful chandelier, add a nice touch to my bathroom. I will definetly recommend.

This is a beautiful light fixture but is VERY poorly engineered. There is no way to hang the drum shade to the fixture. I had to send it to a local shop to have a "spider" frame inserted into it and that cost $95 extra. Plus, the bolts that hold the fixture to the ceiling are not long enough. They only extend 1/8" from the ceiling plate making it impossible for the caps to fasten securely. We changed the bolts to slightly longer ones to ensure the fixture was secure.

Such a beautiful chandelier with a “wow” factor! I thought maybe it was going to be too big but it’s just right and my space is small. It’s delicate so be careful when hanging but it’ll be worth the extra time it takes to get it just right. I can’t take my eyes off it!

This light was perfect for our dining room. It modernized our entire condo and is one of the first things people notice when coming into our home. Very bright and sparkly.
